Get to know your Ayurvedic profile and learn how to apply specific lifestyle practices, herbs, food options and combinations for an optimal seasonal well-being.

Our time together will be approximately 90 mins and will include a deep dive into your health history with an in-depth intake and evaluation of your mind/body state and current imbalances.

We will then determine your unique constitution and aggravations according to traditional Ayurvedic principles and, based upon our findings, you will be offered specific recommendations around lifestyle adjustments, seasonal nutrition options, ideal yoga/exercise regime, herbal supplementation, and if necessary, safe cleansing.
