Each class blends gentle yoga, breathwork, and somatic care - all infused by timeless wisdom and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

  • No experience or flexibility needed! We focus on slow, gentle movement to release tension and reset your energy. It’s perfect if you’re just starting out or looking to reconnect with your body in a softer way.

  • It’s 100% free. This class is my way of creating a space for community and care - without pressure or perfection. I know how hard it is to stay consistent when you're burned out or busy, so I want to offer something that helps you return to yourself weekly, even if it's just for 30 minutes.

  • All you need is a quiet space, a yoga mat or towel, and a Zoom link (which you'll receive after registering). Optional: pillows or blocks for support. Come as you are - even in pjs - this space is for you to move, breathe, and reset at your own pace.
